Express Orders are prioritized and are processed before our standard orders. 

All express orders are processed within 1 business day, orders received before 11am are guaranteed dispatched the same day. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Standard orders are processed after our express orders.

All Standard orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


During busy periods we continue to process orders as normal however once your order has been dispatched delays in the postal/courier service are unfortunately out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £4.99 standard flat rate shipping to UK & NI, & £5.99 to Ireland. 

Express Shipping: Our Express Shipping prioritises your order and costs just £7.50.

Free Shipping: We Offer free shipping for all orders 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

* UK Express Shipping is with Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24 , we cannot guarantee that this may not take an extra day to arrive as RM & Parcelforce do not guarantee this timeframe when shipping from NI to Mainland UK.

Local delivery

We offer a local Delivery Service to Postcodes BT1 - BT29. This is best suited to frozen goods and we advise using this weekly service for Raw Food Deliveries.

Deliveries are made from 12pm - 3pm on the delivery day specified. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

We aim to provide a free local delivery service in the near future but this will only be available when we are delivering to a number of customers in your area.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lisburn Dog Groomers. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared* and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

* Items in stock are usually ready for collection within 2 hours of order confirmation (Mon - Fri). Items with a 3 - 5 day dispatch time as stated on the product page are available for collection within 3 - 5 working days.

Our in-store pickup hours are Mon, Weds & Fri, 8am - 4pm, Tues & Thurs, 8am - 7.30pm, and 9am - 1.30pm Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands, this costs £14.99 and the estimated delivery time once despatched is 3 to 5 business days.

We can ship to a number of other European countries please contact us for a shipping price & estimated delivery time.


Please note these are estimated delivery times provided to us by we cannot guarantee the delivery time but we aim to dispatch all European orders within 2 - 2 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. For Petz NI is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available as your parcel makes its way through our couriers system. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
